Your body is an instrument for balance and healing. This Yin and Sound Healing workshop is your Fall Tuneup! Autumn is a time of harvest, rest and nurturing. This workshop combines the restorative movement of yin yoga with sound healing through crystal bowls, humming and drumming to return and restore balance and harmony. Gentle movement, soft breath, easy sound vibrations…no experience is necessary. All ages welcomed, and comfy yoga clothes is the vibe. Peacefully energized is how you’ll return to life after this 75-minute pause practice!
About Chris McClellan:
Chris McClellan is a movement specialist and communications expert, serving as a coach, teacher and consultant. She works from the inside out assessing and creating safe spaces for individuals to transform spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically.
Her twenty-five years of leadership balances a variety of practices that includes somatics, kinesiology, quantum healing, organizational psychology and spiritualism.
Chris has 10 years of experience teaching meditation and somatic movement teachers, students and leaders in the private sector.
She holds a BA degree in Communications and Business. She is a certified Reiki Master, Executive Coach, Meditation Facilitator and Medicine Woman.
Chris is a resident of Long Beach, CA.
